I had one of those devastating Tower + Death years in 2018. The main good that I drew out of it is that when your life gets blasted into tiny pieces, you really DO get to start all over again. That’s actually a rare blessing, even though it doesn’t feel like it at the time. Most people just go through life putting little bandaids on big problems and never have an opportunity to truly start over from the ground up.
